Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest over my arts, I am looking forward to working with you!
Please read the terms below carefully and by purchasing my services(art), you agree to the following conditions.
Failure to do so, I have the rights to decline your commission.

  • The commission you are requesting are by default personal and for non-profit purposes. If the work is intended for commercial purposes, please let us know.

  • The arts you are commissioning from me should not be used for AI purposes, or NFT usage.

  • You are not allowed to alter my works without my permission.

  • You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.

  • I reserve the rights to upload or post the works you commissioned, unless otherwise discussed.

  • I reserve the rights to initiate a refund if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.

  • You are not allowed for refunds once the work has started.

  • Major revisions are allowed only during the drafting(sketching) phase. Afterwards, only minor changes are allowed within reasonable number of requests.

  • Once the artwork is completed, any changes are no longer allowed (unless very minor).

  • These terms are applied retroactively to those who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS.

By placing an order, you agree to my terms entirely.
Below are the workflow of the commission.

  • You are expected to be contacting via email when requesting for a commission. Therefore, please understand you are discussing with the manager, not the artist.

  • Please provide references of the character(s) that you wish to be drawn.

  • You may include as much references/details as you'd like.

  • Payments will be quoted and charged in USD.

  • Payments will be done through Paypal.

  • You are expected to proceed with full payment once you've agreed with the draft(sketch). (partial payments allowed, discussable)

I do not do the following:

  • NSFW

  • Fetish art

  • Excessive violence/ gore

  • Furry

  • Heavy mecha

  • Offensive and/or discriminatory themes

Commission Information

Character artwork.
Backgrounds are allowed.
Extra characters are allowed.
You may request specific poses, or leave it to the artist.
